Director of Leasing
Andy Bartz began his real estate career with Skilken after graduating from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a degree in Finance in 1997. He obtained his real estate license in 1998 and has served Skilken in various capacities over the years beginning with site selection responsibilities for CVS Pharmacy throughout Ohio. This experience allowed him to learn a great deal about the development process from start to finish and the value of the client-developer relationship.
More recently, Andy has acted as Leasing Representative for Skilken, responsible for keeping a large part of the company's shopping center portfolio full. In this role, he has participated in sales and leasing of property involving Kroger, Home Depot, CVS, TJX Companies, Applebee's, Bob Evans, Culvers, Steak n Shake, Key Bank, Bank One, Washington Mutual and many other fine retailers. Andy appreciates the family atmosphere at Skilken, which allows for full and complete participation in the real estate industry in an engaging, passionate environment.
