Agent
Andrew Kellerman works as an agent for Skilken Real Estate. He first worked for Skilken as an intern in 2000, when he was a Senior at Bexley High School in Columbus, Ohio. During his collegiate career at Indiana University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in Business-Marketing from The Kelley School of Business, he spent alternating summers volunteering and interning at Skilken. After he graduated, he worked at RS Garek Associates, in Columbus, where he gained extensive knowledge of the Columbus Office and Industrial Real Estate market.
In April 2005, Andrew came to the brokerage department to assist in the growth of Skilken Real Estate's tenant representation clientele, as well as to utilize his knowledge in sales and marketing and to further develop those skills.
Andrew is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
