Columbus, Ohio - Parsons and Livingston Avenues: A new and exciting multi-story, mixed-use development is planned across from Nationwide Children’s Hospital in downtown Columbus. Nationwide Children’s Hospital is currently undergoing a $1 billion expansion that will make it one of the top 5 largest campuses in the nation. Hilliard, Ohio - Alton Commons: Located on the west side of Hilliard, a western suburb of Columbus, Alton Commons will create an excellent shopping venue for area residents and visitors. Over 3,000 homes are under construction within one mile of the project, demonstrating the huge population growth in the area. With the combination of three schools and the existing Community Sports Complex in addition to a brand new Kroger, this project will bring high energy retail to the underserved population in the area.

Johnstown, Ohio - Kyber Run Center: Located in the Columbus, Ohio bedroom community of Johnstown, this Kroger anchored shopping center will open in 2009 with over 25,000 square feet of adjacent retail space. Licking County is one of the fastest growing counties in Ohio according to the 2000 Census, and Johnstown has played a strong role in its expansion. The new shopping center is centrally located in the midst of the new growth in Johnstown and will serve the increasing retail needs of the community.

Pickerington, Ohio - Windmiller Square: Located in the midst of Pickerington's rapidly growing population base at State Route 256 and Refugee Road, this center will provide convenient shopping for local residents. More than 46,000 people live within 2 miles of the site with average household incomes exceeding $80,000 annually. The site has excellent visibility and has access to State Route 256 and Refugee Road with two traffic lights servicing the development.

Worthington, Ohio - High North Commons: A traditional urban mixed-use project in the heart of the upscale community of Worthington, Ohio. Thirty thousand square feet of retail and residential will be ready for occupancy in 2008. 12,500 square feet of traditional street front retail and 5,000 square feet of second floor residential will compliment a colonial designed CVS that is compatible with Historic Old Worthington.
